Introduction

Welcome to our artificial intelligence image generation application Midas AI. By using our Application, you agree to these terms of use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Application.

Application Features

1. Image Generation: Allows you to create images from text prompts. Users can generate up to 100 images per month with the free option and up to 100,000 images per month with the paid subscription.

2. Background Erase: Automatically removes the background from generated images.

3. Change Content with Inpaint: Changes parts of existing images using text instructions.

4. Image Upscaling: Improves the resolution of images, transforming for example a 64x64 pixel image into a 4K version. This feature is only available to paid subscribers.

5. Creating Sketches and Structures: Converts images into sketches or structures. This feature is only available to paid subscribers.

Access to Features

1. Users Without Subscription: New users can use the following features, with a limit of 100 prompts per month:

   • Image Generation
   • Clearing the Background
   • Change of Content with Inpaint

2. Subscriber Users: Users with a monthly subscription have access to all features, with a limit of 100,000 prompts per month. In addition to the features of the free option, they can use:

   • Image Upscaling
   • Creation of Sketches and Structures

Subscriptions and Pricing

1. Free Option: Users can access our Application for free with a limit of 100 prompts per month for basic functionality.

2. Monthly Subscription: Subscribers benefit from up to 100,000 prompts per month and have access to all the features of the Application. Prices and payment terms are displayed at the time of subscription.

Use of the Application

1. User Accounts: You must create an account to use the Application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and all activities on your account.

2. Content Generation: You agree to use the Application only to submit prompts and generate images in compliance with applicable laws and the rights of third parties. You must not use the Application to generate or share content that is illegal, offensive, or infringing copyright.

3. Intellectual Property: The images generated by the Application are your property. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use these images for the purposes of developing and promoting the Application.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes via the Application or by email. By continuing to use the Application after the changes come into effect, you accept the new Terms.
